Welcome to International Conference on Port and Ocean Engineering (ICPOE 2023), to be held during December 14 online.
The topic of ICPOE 2023 is "Smart Port and Coast", and delegates from all over the world will be brought together to present research findings, exchange new ideas and application experiences in the aspects of smart port and coast.
Now the conference is under preparation, and the organizing committee welcomes and encourages all scholars at home and abroad interested in the topic to grasp the unique opportunity to act as keynote speaker, or TPC member, or submit papers etc.
